I’m Stacey Kauffman, Founder and CEO of The SK Collective. I’ve always been hungry to grow—as a leader, as a person, and in my career. Over the past 15 years, I’ve immersed myself in countless professional and personal development experiences. From executive coaching to conferences, from advanced education to career networks—you name it, I’ve tried it. And yet, time and time again, I found myself feeling like something was missing.

Leadership today is more complex than ever. The pressure is relentless. With economic uncertainty, shrinking organizational structures, the rapid acceleration of technology (hello, AI)—companies are asking more of their leaders than ever before. The strong, high-capacity people who have earned their seats at the table are often left to navigate this complexity alone. They’re trusted, and expected, to “figure it out” while staying energized, engaged, and connected to their team, their mission, and themselves.

I know this feeling all too well—because I’ve lived it. I’ve also coached and advised other high-achieving leaders through it. And in my search for real, meaningful leadership development, I found a landscape full of programs that felt… hollow. More about clout than quality. More obligation than transformation. Just another box to check on an already-overwhelming to-do list.

I wanted something different. Something real.
