As I embarked on this journey to change the landscape of leadership development, I quickly identified a need to change the atmosphere around gathering for thought leadership. The Rising Mastermind retreat defies the norm. We are creating space to allow our participants to be grounded in time, space, and self. In developing a program which balances group learning, one on one conversations, and personal time we have connected the dots between mental clarity and abundant growth.
